VAE VC DA-901 is a non-plasticized terpolymer dispersion based on vinyl chloride, vinyl acetate ethylene. It possesses the lowest Tg among our whole series of EVA-VC emulsions. It, therefore, provides the softest transparent film. General speaking, DA-901 is used as general adhesive. It is also suitable for high-speed lamination work and provides the fire retardance property. DA-901 is used broadly in the wood-related industry, and is mainly designed as an emulsion base for wood adhesive composed of Emulsion Polymer Isocynate (EPI) system. It can meet D4 classification standard of European EN204 Standard.

Application
Typical Applications
DA-901 is designed as general adhesive and is especially for the wood applications. It is recommended DA-901 to the wood adhesive meeting the D4 classification standard of European EN204 Standard. DA-901 is suggested to use in poly-MDI system as wood glue applied for wood industry. DA-901 finds use in fire-retardant adhesives and coating.
